Paul co-founded Sales Director Central after a successful career in consulting, sales and sales leadership. With more than 25 years of experience in technology sales, he has partnered with some of the most recognised names in the IT industry, spanning both products and services.

Over the past decade, Paul has guided organisations in technology, supply chain, manufacturing and the not-for-profit sector, helping them achieve predictable, sustainable growth. Known for his straight-talking, practical approach, he brings deep frontline experience and a genuine passion for sales leadership that builds lasting results.

John (JD) Dean

With over 30 years of sales leadership experience, John (JD) Dean co-founded Sales Director Central, building on the success of Katalyst Consulting, which he established in 2004. JD is passionate about sales and has spent the last 16 years guiding businesses to achieve predictable, sustainable growth.

His engaging and challenging style, combined with deep thought leadership, has made him a sought-after keynote speaker and trusted advisor. JD’s work has consistently helped companies more than double their revenue by embedding proven leadership and sales discipline.

Tony Bartlett

Tony began his career selling fax machines on commission, quickly learning the discipline needed to succeed. After returning to university at 27, he balanced study, family and work, sharpening his perspective on sales leadership. 

Over the past 25 years, Tony has focused on technology, HVAC, and security sectors, building and leading high-performing sales teams that deliver predictable, sustainable results through structured processes, accountability and a customer-focused approach.

Adrian Rudman
