The Academy has been created to share our knowledge, sales framework and experience with the next generation of sales leaders.  We are also on a mission to empower young people from communities that don't always get access to leadership training. The focus is specifically designed to develop sales leadership skills. These skills are foundational for sales leaders, not just as you navigate employment and career opportunities, but to be a sales superstar and to lead a team of sales superstars.  Revenue generation skills will always be in demand.

Sales Leadership Course Outline 

What do we cover in the Academy?  How long is it?

We currently run a 10 week program that has a 1 hour specialist course topic per week plus one hour per week of one on one mentoring from a Sales Director Central Sales Leader to ensure the course topics are understood and results in actionable outcomes.

The Academy topics are:

  1. Fundamentals of Sales Leadership including revenue generation landmines and fixes.
  2. Sales Planning from the business to the rep level and all levels in between.
  3. Hiring sales reps and onboarding for success including where product training fits in.
  4. Qualification and why time is so important in sales.
  5. Sales culture and accountability in the team.
  6. Sales process and Sales KPIs including what to measure and why.
  7. Sales meeting and one on one best practice.
  8. Dealing with poor performer and a guide on how to turn them around.
  9. Presentations, demonstrations and proposals that win and focus on Value.
  10. Execution on the above including a Revenue Impact Diagnostic for your team to show you where to focus.

Every graduate gets a Sales Director Central micro-credential to prove they are certified as a Sales Director Central Sales Leader.

Every one hour class hour is matched by a one hour custom session with a Sales Director Central certified Sales Leader with at least 15 years experience as a proven sales leader.

Sales Leadership Academy Value Add
